Breakfast dining area facilities were comfortable and food selections were extensive for both western and eastern options and the quality was great. The location of the property was very central to all things District 1 and we enjoyed our early morning walks in Tao Dan Park. Above all else the staff were the absolute highlight. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and attentive without being at all over bearing. Specifically Vo Pham Thi Bich Van from the reception team was a God send. One of our party had a passport and visa mishap and Vo phoned immigration on our behalf to get clarity around what process we needed to follow to rectify our problem. Additionally Vo notarised relevant documentation for us, assisted with photocopying requirements and significantly above and beyond called and paid for a Grab out of her own pocket to help us get back to the immigration office before it closed for lunch. She continued what can only be described as the single best customer service experience of my life (it was not my passport issue) by making a transfer payment of U.S $10 out of her own account as we were told the payment needed to made from a Vietnamese bank account. Vo is a steward of the planet who clearly lives her life in the service of others. As stated this is my all time number 1 customer service experience EVER.

Room was very clean- not one bit of dust anywhere. Staff are fantastic. Very friendly, nothing is too much. From booking taxis and helping with luggage. Location is great. I also liked how you could still access shower facilities on the day of check out. This was useful as we had a night flight. Fast WiFi as well.

The room was exceptional. It is huge wish a living and small dining area as well as a kitchenette. Breakfast was good too. Plenty to choose from. Pool is also good as it's undercover. The staff are just wonderful and friendly and will bend over backwards to ensure your stay is wonderful. We will definitely be back!!! Location is just perfect too. Away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to the market (5 minutes walk) as well as Independence Palace (across the road) and plenty of wonderful places to eat only a couple of minutes walk. It is the ideal place to stay.

What can I say! This is a gem of a place. The breakfast was excellent with plenty for my vegan partner. The staff were so friendly, polite and efficient. It's in a great location, just ten minutes walk to the city, yet quiet at night. The room was outstanding. Not really a "room", but a self contained flat with all you could possibly need, including clothes washing facilities ( really useful when it's 34 degrees and humid outside!.) There's a pool and a gym I believe, with changing facilities. So much for such an absolute bargain price. We enjoyed our stay immensely . Thanks to all the staff!
